Job Description

We are looking for sales staff with a strong interest in shoes, fashion, and trends. We offer you a varied, customer-focused, and challenging job. You will work in our store with shoe sales, product display, and inventory management. We have a modern and pleasant store environment. The role involves enjoying both teamwork with your colleagues and working independently. With a willingness to learn and develop, we can offer you exciting and content-rich work where no two days are alike.

Your primary responsibility is to always keep the customer in focus. You will also actively work on upselling, stay updated on current sales campaigns and their follow-up, maintain the store environment, and strive for 100% customer satisfaction.

Who are we looking for?

You have a completed or ongoing upper secondary education. You have previous experience in retail sales with a high level of service, you are driven by and enjoy selling and working towards set key figures and goals. You always put the customer first and work in a service-oriented manner.

We are looking for someone who is positive, receptive, and stress-resistant. Being engaged, driven, and accustomed to taking initiative are other important qualities we seek. You take responsibility for your tasks and your role as a salesperson. You are social, open, and work both customer-oriented and sales-driven.

We are looking for someone who

• has cash register experience
• has previous experience working in a store
• has a completed or ongoing upper secondary education
• is at least 18 years old when starting the position
• has good teamwork skills

We consider it a merit if you have

• experience with product display from previous work
• experience working with fashion/retail previously
• completed sales training

Job Information

Position: We are currently looking for a salesperson for DinSko in Nordstan, Gothenburg.

Hours: 19 hours/week, temporary position until 2027-06-15.

Start Date: 2026-09-21.
